From the very establishment of t his society the first promotional activity was to perform living arts of Nepal. This was achieved by performing daily show for foreign visitor with objective to explore Nepal and its culture. The new Himalchuli Cultural group received the first break to go organized by Dhaka Sheraton hotel, Dhaka. The hotel Everest Sheraton Kathmandu. The New Himalchuli Cultural group [resented a memorable presentation that resulted to join another festival organized in Chitagong at Agrabad Hotel, Bangladesh.

The New Himalchuli Cultural group not only involved at the cultural aspect but also engaged social activities too. In 1987 New Himalchuli Cultural group organized one day blood and donated to helpless people.

In 1986 and 1988. It received an opportunity to introduce Nepalese culture in Germany, jointly sponsored by Surya Carpet, Nepal and Nepalese Carpet dealers of Germany.

In 1988(2045) The New Himalchuli Cultural group and the Nepal Television jointly organized a day fund raise program to relief for earthquake victim in eastern parts of Nepal and deposited cash and goods at concerned department of his majesty’s government.

In 1990, it received an opportunity to participate in a joint program of tradition drums show with Suwa drum, Japan which was organized by Embassy of Japan/Nepal.

For the first time in history of Italy, Nepal (New Himalchuli Cultural group) participated in an Intertnational folklore festival in 1992 by the invitation of union floclorica Italiana, Aviano. The same year in Rencontress Flokloriques International, Fribourg, Swiss.

In 1993, The New Himalchuli Cultural group and Lazimpat managed a fund raise program to help the flood victim of Nepal and hand over all the collected amounts and goods to Rt. Honorable Prime Minister of Nepal.

In 1994 The New Himalchuli Cultural group was participated in travel fair “Destination Nepal-94” at Bombay, India and its excellent presentation analyzed for making special contribution for tourism development in Nepal.

In 1994 September 27 the New Himalchuli Cultural group and the tour operator and other organization who engaged with tourism in Basantapur (Durbar Square) Kathmandu organized a day long program on the occasion of Workd tourism Day.

The New Himalchuli Cultural group participated on a fashion-show of different ethnic society and international folk dance festival, organized a week long program by Reukai Nepal from November 23 to 28, 1994 Kathmandu.

In 1995 April 13, The New Himalchuli Cultural group was invited by Cross Section Publication India, the organizer of south asian Travel Trade Exchange (SATTE 95) to represent Nepal in an inauguration day of travel fair. On the period The New Himalchuli Cultural group (Nepal) introduce classical dance for the world peace and prosperity and for brother and sisterhood.

The New Himalchuli Cultural group was invited to participate Nepalese food and cultural festival held in Calcutta with join aegis of Hoetel Everest Kathmandu, Himalayan Holiday Calcutta in April 29,330 in 1995. The Nepalese food and cultural program was appreciated by the people of Calcutta, India.

On 19th May The New Himalchuli Cultural group celebrated it’s 10th anniversary program with press meet and blood donation program, introducing it’s new sister concern resonance of Himalaya (society for melody of Nepal). From 29th may to 1st June 1995, New Himalchuli Cultural group participated in Asian Youth festival program in Seoul Korea organized by National Council of Youth organization of South Korea.

On 16 December 1995, The New Himalchuli Cultural group celebrated the golden Jubilee Birthday of His Majesty King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev with joint aegis of HAN, NATA, NARA and TAAN in the first street festival at Durbar Marg, Kathmandu. We received an opportunity to organize a special culture theme to welcome to the delegate of PATA adventure mart’ 96 held in Kathmandu on 13 Jan 1996.

This organization, The New Himalchuli Cultural group received great task to manage welcome group at TIA (Tribhuwan International Airport) It welcomed the guest who came to visit Nepal on the occasion of opening ceremony of VNY’98 (Visit Nepal’ 98) on Dec. 30-31 in 1997 and 1st Jan, 1998.
