1. Bajrayogini:
One on the most ancient classical dance of Nepal. The music is taken from Chariya Raag, which is based on Tantric Buddhism.
2. Bhairavkali:
A classical dance of Bhairav (lord Shiva) and kali (Goddess parvati)
3. Bhojpuri:
This dance is very popular in southern parts of Nepal.
4. Chandchar:
The folk dance of Tharu the ethnic group of western Nepal.
5. Chandalika:
This balley shows the glimpse of Buddhist.
6. Dhime:
Traditional dance from the jyapu community of Kathmandu Valley.
7. Drumsolo:
An example of playing 10-12 drums in a typical manner.
8. Dhimal:
Dhimal an ethnic community of Terai south east parts of Nepal lives on agriculture and fisheries, their ways of life is reflected in their culture.
9. Gairikhet:
It is a Palatial dance, composed in folk base. It does not belong to any ethnic groups.
10. Jhagad:
This dance belong to farmer tries of eastern terai, the theme is asking her beloved, why he did not go never for fishing.
11. Jhakri:
Represents one of the many forms with crafts in Nepal.
12. Jhyaure:
Based on love theme, it is very popular among teenagers from all over Nepal.
13. Jhumra:
This dance belongs to the ethnic community of Tharu in western parts of Nepal, Living in main agriculture. Their way of life is reflected in their culture.
14. Kumari:
This is one of the very ancient classical dances of Nepal. This dance is dedicated to well known living goddesses Kumari of Kathmandu.
15. Kouda:
Belongs to Magar community from the western part of Nepal.
16. Lakhe:
A traditional, mask dance of the Newar of Kathmandu Valley. Performed on the special occasion, Indra Jatra.
17. Maithali:
Popular dance of Maithali community of the southern part of Nepal.
18. Manjushree:
A traditional dance performed by the Buddhist priest, based on the Chariya Raag.
19. Navarang:
An unity dance representing popular ethnic groups of Nepal. This is a new Himalchuli’s special items.
20. Peacock:
It is a holy bird considered as a dancer of Indra’s place. In this dance, the artist imitates as the bird.
21. Pancha Buddha:
Dance of five Buddhas.
22. Sangini:
Prayer dance of the Brahmin and Chhetri women of Nepal perform on the religious festival teej.
23. Sattar:
Popular tribal dance of the eastern part of Nepal. Showing marriage ceremony of the tribe.
24. Sherpa:
Also known as the Sherpa dance. It belongs to the Himalayan tribe of Nepal.
25. Sorathi:
A very popular folk dance of the gurungs and Magar community of Nepal.
26. Tamang Selo:
In this dance, a Tamang boy tries to with the heart of Tamang girl.
27. Tappa:
A popular dance of dang District, the western part of Nepal.
28. Tyamkuli:
A very popular dance among the magar and the gurung communities performed during the marriage ceremony.
